Instructor Bio

Sara has loved movement for as long as she can remember โ€” and has spent the last decade helping others rediscover that feeling for themselves.

Sheโ€™s a NASM-certified personal trainer and group fitness instructor with specialized training in Barre, perinatal fitness, weight loss, and trauma-informed coaching. But what her clients remember isnโ€™t the credentials. Itโ€™s that she has a gift for finding the place where effort meets joy โ€” and making it feel like exactly where you were always supposed to be.

With a background in clinical mental health settings and over a decade of hands-on experience, Sara knows that the real barriers to movement arenโ€™t physical. She helps women break through them anyway.
